All Products are shipped via Australia Post and a tracking number can be provided.
Shipping is free on orders over $50.
Orders under $50 are $9.95 for shipping and handling.

Coupons and Gift Cards
Coupons and Gift cards purchased from our Online Square store are available only to redeem for our in-house Massage and Beauty therapy sessions, and are not available to be used in our online store.
Transactions
All transactions are processed using Square. Any refunds will be processed using Square.

If you have any concerns with your product, please contact us immediately once received.
Please note we cannot refund products once they have been opened, so choose carefully.
If an item is faulty or damaged, contact us immediately and we will refund or exchange up return of goods.
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

- Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order
- Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email
- Send all items back to us using the label provided
- It may take up to 14 working days for refunds or exchange
