Prices are subject to changes.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are valid for 3 years from time of purchase. They can only be redeemed for services, not products.
Contact Apsara Day Spa direct by email [email protected] or text Gesine on 0405 050 898.
Please provide your 7783... gift card number, full name, mobile number, treatment required, preferred time/date at the time of booking.
We understand that sometimes plans change. If this happens, please re-schedule as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours before the appointment.
Gift cards will be invalid/void if booking is not cancelled within 24 hours of the booked appointment or if the guest does not arrive at all to the appointment.
Cancellations
For all bookings, except Gift Cards, we require 50% of the treatment amount as a deposit. 24 hours notice is required to re-schedule any spa treatment. Please text Gesine direct on 0405 050 898 with your details or cancel directly online to avoid losing your deposit. The deposit will not be refunded if the cancellation is within the day of treatment.
Important:
Deposits are non-refundable, but you are able to re-schedule your appointment and your deposit will be transferred over to your future booking, if you notify us 24 hours prior to your appointment.
We are unable to re-schedule if less notice than 24 hours is given.
Please cancel direct online. If you are unable to do so, please send a text to 0405 050 898.

How do I book for two?
We cater for individual guests or couple bookings.
Indulge in absolute privacy without other guests being present during your booking time.
We have massage and spa bookings available for individual bookings or two guests at the same time.
The booking site has couples treatments and the prices are for two guests.
How Can I book?
Apsara Day Spa accepts online bookings. Spa availabilities are visible on our booking system.
Why can I not book over the phone?
Apsara Day Spa accepts online bookings, as we are a small, local business. We rely on our booking system to avoid double bookings and confusion about appointments. If you can not reach us, we are likely to be with guests.

My plans have changed, can I re-schedule my appointment?
Yes, we understand. Please give us 24 hour notice, to avoid forfeiting your deposit. This way we have a chance to fill and re-book your appointment time. Please cancel directly online.

Is money deducted straight away from my account?

The booking system is totally private and confidential. At the time of the booking, the therapist can only see your name, contact details (phone/email), date and time as well as which treatment is booked.

I have received a Gift Card. How do I book for my treatment?
For gift card holders, please text Gesine directly on 0405 050 898 with the gift card number, the value of the gift card, as well as the date/time for the booking, your full name and mobile number. You can also email us directly on [email protected] or use the enquiry page on our website.
Please make sure to give us 24 hours notice by text message so we can re-schedule your appointment. In case the card holder does not show for the appointment or cancels late, the gift card will be charged with the full amount of the booked treatment.
I have purchased a gift card, but no gift card was received.
In rare instances, you will find the gift card in your spam section. This is due to your computer setting. Please check your spam mail.
How many rooms do you have?
Apsara Day Spa a spacious, purpose build spa cottage with amenities, suitable for 1 to 2 guests.
Larger groups need to be booked consecutively, with a 15 minute gap, to allow change over.
How many therapists do you have?
Apsara Day Spa has two highly qualified and experienced therapists available, one male massage therapist Chris, and Gesine, the diploma beauty therapist.
Expect a professional and consistent spa service as Apsara Day Spa.
Do you accept Health Fund Cards?
No, as a spa we do not include remedial or sports massages.

You will need extra time to fill out a customer consultancy form and settle in.
Make sure you give yourself enough time, as we are not able to extend your booked treatment time as this would infringe on other guests relaxation time.
Please leave your jewellery at home or remove prior to your spa time.
Chris and Gesine wish you a relaxed and enjoyable spa time at Apsara Day Spa.
We have a range of massage and facial services to pamper you. Our treatments are non gender specific.
We encourage anyone to try out our spa – you certainly won't be disappointed!
Apsara Day Spa is on level ground and has wheel chair access.
