We have many visitors here at Apsara and get asked a lot of questions about Bookings / What to Bring / Payment Options and more. So here is my handy list for you. If something is not covered, please contact us directly!
Booking
How do I book for two?
We can cater for up to 2 customers at a time. Beauty Therapy clients will have to book individually (consecutively). However, some spa packages can be arranged for two people. Please text or email for further questions.

How Can I book?
Apsara Day Spa accepts online bookings only. Spa availabilities are easily checked on our booking system.
Why can I not book over the phone?
Apsara Day Spa accepts online bookings only, as we are a small, local business. We rely on our booking system as we have no receptionist. This way, we avoid double bookings and confusion about appointments. If you can not reach us, we are likely to be with customers. For a quicker, direct answer please text me on 0405 050 898.
My plans have changed, can I cancel my appointment?
Yes, we understand. Please give us 24 hour notice, to avoid cancellation fees. This way we have a chance to fill and re-book your appointment time. You can cancel direct online.
Is money deducted straight away from my account?
Rest assured, no payment can be deducted until the time of the treatment.
I am nervous about leaving my card details online. Is this safe?
The booking system is totally private and confidential. At the time of the booking, the therapist can only see your name, contact details (phone/email), date and time as well as which treatment is booked.
At payment time the therapist can see your name, expiry date of card and last 4 digits of the card. The payment system does not disclose your type of card nor the bank you are banking with.
Gift Cards:
I have received a Gift Card. How do I book for my treatment?
Just follow the above steps for booking. The booking system will ask for your details. Please put your payment details in. There is an option to leave a message. Provide your gift card number and value of the gift card in the message section. As no money is deducted before a treatment, the therapist will be aware that this is a present and is pre-paid.
On your arrival, please mention the gift card and special occasion to the therapist. Rest assured - no money will be deducted.
I have purchased a gift card, but no gift card was received.
In rare instances, you will find the gift card in your spam section. This is due to your computer setting. Please check your spam mail.
How many rooms do you have?
Apsara Day Spa has 1 spacious spa cottage with amenities, suitable for 1 to 2 guests.
Larger groups need to be booked consecutively, with a 15 minute gap, to allow change over.
How many therapists do you have?
We have 2 therapist available, one male massage therapist, Chris, who is specialising in all Massages, including hot stones and scalp massage/hair treatment, Heavenly Hand Pamper and Deluxe Foot Heaven as well as the Ancient Hot Stone Foot Massage. These 3 treatments are listed in the 'Beauty' section.
The beauty therapist, Gesine, is open to be booked for all listed treatments, beauty as well as massages and spa packages.
Do you accept Health Fund Cards?
Generally no. The only card our Massage Therapist Chris accepts is CBHS.
Our massages are geared towards relaxation and wellness.
Apsara's massage therapy does not include remedial or sports massages.

- Go to the booking system, select time and treatment/s, book the first appointment.
- Book the second guest individually at the same time as the first booking, select same time and treatment required. Done! You will receive a confirmation notice. If in doubt, contact us by text or email.

You will need extra time to fill out a customer consultancy form and we also check all clients temperature.
Please make sure you give yourself enough time, as we are not able to extend your booked treatment time, as this would infringe on other guests relaxation time.
